Booking Policies
Latecomers
You have a grace period of 15 minutes before you are considered late. A late fee of $20 will be added to your service. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your appointment through the confirmation email you receive after booking. Rescheduling is only valid up to 24 hours before your original appointment time.
Cancelations &
No Shows
You have up to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to cancel. Please be sure to notify me so that we can discuss a more suitable date and time. Your deposit can only be transferred once! No-call, no-shows will lose the deposit. After 2 no-shows you will no longer be able to book.
Terms & Conditions
All persons being serviced must fill out the “Client Form” and agree to the “Terms & Conditions,” provide a valid phone number and email address, as you will receive appointment confirmations. You must have a valid card on file.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of your services is due at the time of booking. No deposits are required for rebooks. Deposits can only be transferred to another appointment once.
