Shipping Policy

Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.  After your order is confirmed and your payment is cleared, Glow Up Essenčials Beauty Studio LLC will take up to 2 business days to process your order (excluding weekends).  After your order has been processed, it will take 3 -5 business days to receive your package.  You will receive your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders will ship within approximately 2-3 business days.

All orders placed before 6pm EST will be processed the same day.  *Please note: All orders place after business hours (6pm EST) are considered placed on the next business day and will need an additional day for processing*

If you have a deadline that you need your products for, it is advisable that you do not wait until the last minute to place your order.  It is suggested that you order far enough in advanced to allow for any unintended delays that we may not be able to control.

 

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, carrier delays, or natural disasters.  Holidays do not count as business days.  Holidays should be considered when calculating shipping times. We trust that USPS delivers your package on time.

If the product your ordered is not available, Glow Up Essenčials will contact you immediately by phone and/or email to see if you are interested in a product substitution.  If you are not interested in a product substitute, and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.

Incorrect Addresses, Refused Deliveries, and Undeliverable Packages 

We ship your order via USPS to the address that is provided at checkout.  Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as a shipping label is created.  If you so happen to not receive a tracking number please let us know via email as soon as possible. You will use this tracking number to track your package in transit.  Please double check the address information before submitting your order, incomplete or incorrect address information may cause shipping delays.  Make sure you include ALL important information (apt#, floor#, address, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

To avoid any missing packages or stolen packages, all packages will require a SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.  In order to receive your package someone at the address provided must be present in order to sign for the package.  USPS will usually attempt a deliver 1-2 times.  If nobody is present at the time of delivery they will usually leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and provide a date for the next attempt to deliver; or will leave an address that you will be able to pick up the package from.  It is the clients responsibility to pickup the package, if necessary.  No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

Lost Shipments

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or the package has been lost in transit, please contact us by email immediately. USPS will be contacted immediately and an investigation will be started.  The investigation may take up to 7-10 business days.  How long the investigation will take is uncontrollable by Glow Up Essenčials. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent pending USPS's investigation results.  If the product is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be contacted and your item(s) will be re-shipped at our expense, depending on the situation.

Incorrect Orders/Products

If in any event we make a mistake or a delay is caused from our end, we will make every effort to correct it.  If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, you must notify us via email within 5 days after receiving your order. Do NOT open the packaging! You must ship the product back to us  in its original condition using the given return shipping label we will email you after you've put in your request. We we will reship your correct order after the product is received and inspected.  Please be assured that all package are inspected before being shipped out so that no packing errors occur.

Glow Up Essenčials LLC reserves the right to change or modify our policy at any time without giving prior notification.

Payments & Ordering 

 

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal.  PayPal is one of the best, secure and safest ways to make an online payment.  We do not have the access to share your card information with any one.  Your information is secured via PayPal. 

 

When ordering, once you’ve reached the checkout page and select the PayPal option, and click the “confirm order button,” you will be directed to PayPal where you will be able to complete the checkout process.

Return & Exchange Policy

We maintain strict standards for quality assurance..  All of our orders are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping.  ALL SALE items are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or returned.  Per federal law, the return of any opened human hair products is prohibited, no refunds or exchanges can be performed.  All return/exchange/replacement request must be made within 3 days after receiving your order. 

 

We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate any returns or exchanges on hair that hasn’t been opened, worn, or tampered with. 

 

We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygienic concerns.  If the item is removed from the package and used in any visible manner, the seal has been broken, or the item has been tampered with (including combing, brushing, running fingers through the hair, worn, or altered) all return/exchange policies are void and the hair will be sent back to you. The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top and must be in its original packaging.  The product can ONLY be exchanged for an item(s) of equal or greater value.  We only replace items if they are defective.  Returned packaging must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase.  Without a proof of purchase, a refund will not occur and your product will be sent back to you. Merchandise must be received and examined before issuing a replacement/return/exchange.  Please allow up to 72 hours for processing after your item is approved to receive your new order.  Once the item(s) is inspected and approved you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days depending on your bank. 

 

You will be notified by email when we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. 

 

 

Shipping 

 

The product must be sent back at your expense.  We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number and/or insurance because Glow Up Essenčials will NOT be responsible for and lost or non-trackable packages.
